Daily operation and maintenance of gear pumpGear Pumps 1. Repair of the working surface: If the wear on the working surface of the pump cover is relatively small, you can use the self grinding method to eliminate the wear marks. That is, place a small amount of valve sand on the path or thick glass plate, and then place the pump cover on top for grinding until the wear marks are removed and the working surface is flat. If the wear depth of the working surface of the pump cover exceeds 0.1 millimeters, it is necessary to repair it by first turning and then grinding. 2. Repair of the active shaft liner hole: The repair of the wear of the active shaft liner hole on the pump cover is the same as the repair of the wear of the active shaft liner hole on the housing. Repair of pump casing cavity: After the wear of the pump casing cavity, the cavity embedding method is used to correct it. After enlarging the cavity, cast iron or steel lining is inserted. After inserting the sleeve, the inner cavity should be coated to the desired size, and the sleeve protruding from the end face should be ground off to be flush with the contact surface of the pump casing. 3. Valve seat repair: There are two types of pressure limiting valves: ball valves and plunger valves. After the wear of the spherical valve seat, a steel ball can be placed on the valve seat, and then the steel ball can be quietly tapped with a metal rod until the ball valve and the valve seat are tightly closed. If the valve seat is severely worn, it is necessary to remove the wear marks by reaming and then use the above method to make it tightly fit. After the plunger valve seat wears out, a small amount of valve sand can be added for grinding until the sealing stops. |
